I am directed by the Secretary Colonial to inform you that C. W. Duggan, Secretary to the Sanitary Board, Hongkong, will retire from the service of that Colony on the 20th instant.
2. I am to request that you will furnish to this department, in order that it may be taken into consideration in the computation of your pension, a return of particulars.
4. Pending the settlement of the amount of your pension, you will be granted a temporary allowance, at the rate of your half-pay.
